Russian Salad is a Russian dish called “Olivier Salad.” “Moscovian Salad” and it is a traditional dish of  Cuisine. It the in the 1860s by Belgian Lucien Oliver; he was the chief of Hermitage restaurant that is the famous restaurant , this dish imminently becomes an important meal and become very famous in Russia and this recipe become the restaurant signature dish. It is also popular in many other European countries like America, Canada, Israel and the United Kingdom and also very popular in Asian countries like Pakistan India and Bangladesh, etc. which are available in sweets with different fruits and vegetables.:

Peas a Russian to the high level of protein, vitamins, fiber and minerals, in peas, there is a little bit of sugar, that is helpful to fulfill the need of sugar in the body.
Green peas are a very good source of vitamin K, manganese, dietary fiber, vitamin B1, copper, vitamin C, phosphorus and folate. They are also a good source of vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B2, molybdenum, zinc, protein, magnesium, iron, potassium and choline.

Ingredeants :

  • 2 Potato 
  • 2 Apple 
  • 1 cup pineapple 
  • 1 cup carrot 
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Mayonnaises 
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 2 teb suger
  • 1 teb salt
  • 1/4 teb black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teb white pepper

LET'S START THE YUMMY RECIPE:


METHOD OF THE RECIPE :


Take a bowl add Mayonnaises in it  , add  fresh cream , mix it well now add salt , black and white pepper , sugar ,nd mix it well ,Now add boiled potatoes , crushed apples , peas (boiled) , boiled carrot , crushed  pineapple , and add boiled egg into it ,
Now mix all the ingrediants well .
YOUR  russionon salad is ready now . 
 
serve it in a plate , garnish it with some almods , nd enjoy russion salad ..
