Masala Meacroni
Recipe ingrideants:
- 3 tomatos
- 6_8 genger
- garlic
- 2 onion medium size
- mint
- green chili 2 _3
- 1 capcicum
- 1cup mator or carot what ever u want nd like in vegitables
- 1 larg bowl of macroni
- 2 teb of tomato sause
- 3_4 teb of red chili sause
- 2 teb salt or to tast
- 4_5 teb of oil
Method:
Take a pane on medium flame add water aproximatly 2 cup , add 3/4 teb of salt , when water will boil 3 4 times add mecroni into it , now add 1teb of oil for the purpose of to make macroni nice nd never mix together,
Now in thiis step keep a pane on medium flame , Add 3 teb of oil , after few sec add ur onion into this oil , when onion will give goln colour , crush genger garlic .add gren chili , fri it welll, ,after this add garam maala ,now add carot or any othere vegetable which u like to eat , then add 1/3 teb of salt , add capcicum (crushed) ,add tomatos , , now add red chili powder and tumric powder, aadd dhaniya or min powder ,
on othere side u have to seprate water from macroni , which we have boiled .
And now add boiled macroni into this sause .which we hae prepare , means vegetable sause. mix it well , with vegetablee sause on low flame ,now add 3 teb of tomato sause into it ,Now add 4 _5 teb of milk to mostureis it and this stage cover the pane on low flame for cook it well,
cook it for 2_3 mins ..now your masala acroni is ready to eat...
